This course will take you and your technicians and phone staff
through each step of the 7 step sales system, up-sells, and
overcoming sales challenges. You and they will learn each of the
scripts word for word and have an opportunity to practice and
perfect the
scripts. You will learn what to do when the client gets “off track”,
and how to close the sale at the highest prices.
June 02: How to Make
More Upsells.
In this session, we will “flesh out” the steps to making the upsell.
We already know that it is “the most profitable sale ever made”. You
will learn several methods for making the sale and you and your
staff will set upsell goals that you will track throughout the next
9 weeks.
June 09: Step 1 of the “7 Step Sales System” Process: Referred
By.
Making the MOST of the Referral Source Information and How to Track
it. Learn the most powerful things to ask about the referring party
and how to use it to a mutual advantage. Practice the script this
week. Find out what to do if they don’t know how they were referred
or what ad they saw. Discover how to handle this opening if they
“just want a price”. ** You
will also begin the process of counting your calls and tracking
closing ratios this week. We will show you exactly how.
June 16: Step 2 of the “7 Step Sales System” Connecting with the
Caller’s “Emotional State”.
Unfortunately the carpet cleaning industry suffers from low priced,
untrained competitors. In this session, you and your staff will
learn how to turn this into your BIGGEST advantage. Learn how to
connect in the right way – without being negative – while setting
the stage for making your case.
*You will also report on
your up-sell and tracking process.
June 23: Step 3 of the 7 Step Sales Process Establishing
Credibility.
In this session, you will learn exactly how to formulate YOUR UNIQUE
AND MOST POWERFUL Message that sets you apart from ALL of your
competitors. Over the next week, you will craft your message and
report it. Over the next several weeks you will practice your
message. Tracking of upsells and closing rates continues.
June 30: Step 4 of the “7 Step Sales System” Perceived Problems.
In this session, you will learn what questions to ask and how to
find your caller’s “hot buttons”. Practice your five point marketing
message, review your upsells, and closing rates.
July 07: Step 5 of the “7 Step Sales System” Providing the
Solution.
In this session, you will find out how to use the information that
your caller gave you in Step 4 to allow them to “sell themselves”.
You will learn proven phrases to use to get your caller saying “yes”
all the way through the sale! Review: Perceived Problem Interview
Questions, Your Unique 5 Point Marketing Message, Upsells, Closing
Rates.
July 14: Step 6 of the “7 Step Sales System” Quoting the
Investment.
In this session, you will learn the BEST way to quote the “price”
and the right words to say (and not to say). Review Providing the
Solution, Perceived Problems, Your Unique 5 Point Message, Closing
Rates, and Upsells.
July 21: Step 7 of the “7 Step Sales System” Overcoming
Objections.
You will learn how to overcome “price objections” and other
objections. How to determine whether something “went wrong” during
the process and how to implement the 4 best ways to overcoming
objections. Review Quoting the Investment, Providing the Solution,
Perceived Problems, Your Unique 5 Point Message, Closing Rates, and
Upsells.
July 28: Putting It All Together.
At this point, you have learned the entire “Sales 101” Course. You
will now double check to make sure you know each and every step and
